Cheryl Paul is the Controller at BIG Solutions and plays a crucial role behind the scenes supporting the entire team and company success. With a strong work ethic and a “just do it” mindset, she has led important projects like implementing the accounting process in AMS and managing the financial success of the HR Services merger. Although she does not work directly with clients, Cheryl’s contributions impact every part of the business. She is passionate about helping her teammates and driving meaningful growth for BIG. Outside of work, Cheryl enjoys quilting, knitting, and spending quality time with her family. For her, being part of a team that grows, evolves, and celebrates wins together is what makes her role truly rewarding.
